Park information

Good to know before you apply

A summary of the park rules. The full agreement is reviewed and signed with management when an application is approved.

  • Rent: $600 due on the 1st. A $5 per day late fee starts after 5:00 PM on the 5th. Rent not received by the 15th is grounds for eviction.
  • Returned checks: $35 fee for any reason.
  • Deposit: $150 security, damage and cleaning deposit. Cleaning and repairs beyond normal condition are billed at $60 per hour against the deposit.
  • Notice: 30 days written notice is required before vacating, and rent must be paid to date.
  • Utilities: Park pays water, sewer and trash. Residents pay electric and gas.
  • Renters insurance: Residents are responsible for renters insurance covering personal property and liability.
  • Occupancy: Only the people listed on the application may live on the property. No subletting. Regular overnight guests are not allowed.
  • Quiet time: 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No music or parties that disturb neighbors.
  • Speed limit: 5 MPH, no exceptions.
  • Vehicles: Two vehicles per space. No semi trucks or large trucks, no repairing vehicles, no derelict or non-running vehicles, and no washing cars on the premises.
  • Pets: Only with prior written approval. Dogs on leash, never left unattended outside, and waste cleaned up immediately.
  • Generators: No running of generators in the park.
  • Trash: Garbage goes in the dumpsters. No furniture or large items in the dumpsters.
  • Prohibited: No growing of marijuana or manufacturing or use of illegal substances, and no storage of combustible, flammable or dangerous materials.

Pets are permitted only with written approval from management. By requesting approval, residents agree to: keep dogs on leash when outside; never leave an animal unattended outdoors; clean up pet waste immediately; and take responsibility for any damage caused by pets.
